First off, I like this better then the other one, for one colour wise, it adds more to the wintery feeling, while the other has a more vintage feeling, but I think here wintery is better.
And 2nd composition wise, the composition here is great, with the line through half of the image.

I really like that the people wear such strong colours, even though you probably couldn't influence that it really helps the image by drawing the attention to the centre.
I like the texture, but I think it is a bit too harsh, as said before, I don't think this image has to look very vintage, for it to work.

But overall this is a very good and interesting image.
